Tracey is proud of her heritage as a North Carolina “Tar Heel,” but spending the last 28+ years of her life in Tennessee, she also considers herself a Tennessean! After obtaining her Affiliate Broker license in 1994, Tracey began her real estate career promoting Fairfield Glade to out-of-state future retirees. In 2002, she obtained her Broker’s license and opened a real estate company that quickly became one of the top producing offices in Cumberland County! She holds certifications in SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), and e-Pro. Tracey opened Uplands Village Real Estate in 2012 to market Uplands Village, a continuing care retirement community in Cumberland County. Today she is proud to serve the Plateau through her own company, Atlas Real Estate, and is committed to having Realtors with knowledge and integrity serving under her! She has three wonderful children, and enjoys her volunteer work as both a Crossville Rotarian and a Sponsor of the Cumberland County Playhouse. I am originally from Michigan and was a public school teacher, then a bank manager and then a Certified Financial Planner for about 12 years. That background has been very valuable with the education and financial side of real estate. Caron Baillie was born and raised in Miami, Florida but she always wanted to live somewhere
with four seasons and no hurricanes. AND she always wanted to be a
Realtor! Instead she ran a business for 25 years which pushed both dreams to the
back burner. Fortunately in 2011, Caron learned of Crossville and Fairfield
Glade! She found their forever home and made the move to Fairfield Glade in late 2020.
